The house provides 3 floors to your disposal with 1st floor being the main kitchen, dining room, living room, library, billiard room, office and access to outdoor seating. 2nd floor contains the two-king size bedrooms with a shared large bathroom which has a shower and a bath and its own balcony and winter garden with a small gym. On the same floor, there is also an en-suite room containing a double bed and a bath, with outdoor seating - a terrace on the north side. On the top floor, you have the same size en-suite bedroom and in addition a large en-suite bedroom with a Queen size bed. There is also a terrace with a beautiful view. The house has high ceilings, airy spaces, and the highest-quality domestic appliances, and fittings. The villa is suited for business trips as it contains 3 different areas suited for work. This residence was bespoke designed, the interior is of the highest standard, with hardwood flooring, and exotic wood panelling throughout. It is a truly unique and amazing space to reside while you are in Prague.

The villa is in one of Prague’s most prestigious neighbourhoods, Vinohrady, (Royal Vineyards). The area is generally quiet as it’s surrounded by similar villas making it perfect when you want to relax and recharge during your visit to Prague. The Royal Vineyards are cheerful and sociable, but also quiet and hidden. There are countless restaurants and traditional pubs near the villa as well as cafés. It’s a great location for those travellers who wish to be close to all the attractions, but are able to retreat to a quiet heaven away from the crowds, which is possible due to great transport availability as it is very close to the city centre. I will try to give you a few recommendations for proven favourite places near the house, but it is very difficult because there are a lot of places “to try and taste”! :) The villa is within walking distance from tram stops which all take you directly into the city centre. Tram #22 goes (4 min by walk-station Ruska) directly to the National Theatre, Charles Bridge, Mala Strana and Prague Castle. Underground can also be reached on foot. The closest underground station is Jiřího z Poděbrad on Line A (green), the station is less than 10 minutes away from the house and can get you to the top of Wenceslas Square (station Muzeum) in 4 minutes and to the bottom of Wenceslas Square (station Můstek) in 5 minutes further stopping at station Staroměstská, perfect for access to the Old Town Square and the Prague Astronomical Clock. It is also possible to walk to Wenceslas Square, which takes approximately 30 minutes or by car/taxi it’s about 15 minutes from the villa.
