The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with amenities. It features two rooms: a main bedroom with a TV and desk, and a living room with a sofa, TV with Netflix, and a bunk bed for two people. The apartment includes a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet and a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment boasts high ceilings and is located in a historic building from 1867. The building has no elevator, and the apartment is situated on the 2nd floor.
A retired man living 30 km from Brno who enjoys swimming, playing tennis, and teaching English. I love meeting new people!
The apartment is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from the train and bus station. Situated in the city center on a quiet street, it is close to restaurants and food shops. The main square, namesti Svobody, is only 300 meters away. Additionally, it is near Petrov and Spilberk, with everything withing walking distance.
