Looking for a quiet zen-like place in the centre of Prague? Perfect as a short term place while here for business or pleasure. My newly refurbished loft and/or a studio apartment in this building are the right choice!

I work and travel outside Prague most of the time and therefore my apartments are free for visitors.

The loft apartments has a terrace facing a green hill and very centrally located, offers a study, high-speed internet, 43" Samsung TV with cable O2 TV and Netflix, etc, fully equipped kitchen. Apart from the king-size bed in the bedroom, the couch in the living room can be converted into a comfortable double bed for additional one or two guests. I can also provide a baby cot with bedsheets if requested before the arrival for a fee of Kc450, pets are also welcome for the same fee per pet and both it is necessary to notify me regarding both prior to your arrival. The studio apartment right below offers a double bed, kitchenette, bathroom and a small hallway. The building is very close to the historical center (15 mins walk to Mala Strana - Lesser Quarter, Charles Bridge etc. - tram number 12 that leaves from "Na Knizeci" a few minutes away from the house or from Andel, the stop by the large shopping center, tram 22 can then take you from "Malostranske namesti" to the top of Prague Castle "Prazsky Hrad" station and you can then walk thru the castle all the way down back to the town, it is one of my favorite things to do in Prague in term of sightseeing with great views and Prague's history). The neighborhood is very green.
