Our 12-person holiday home with a fully enclosed garden is centrally located in the Giant Mountains and centrally in the small mountain village of Cerny Dul with all the amenities you need, within 200 meters. The comfortable house has a large kitchen, a living room with 2 sitting areas, TV and WiFi, 2 bathrooms (1st ground floor and 2nd on 1st floor), downstairs and above a toilet, 5 bedrooms. From the living room you enter the terrace of the garden. Outside and inside you have good wifi and you can park for free at the house. The house also has a garage, which is often used in winter for winter sports storage The beds are single beds (bring duvet covers 140x200 / fitted sheets 90x200 / pillowcases / bath towels and kitchen towels yourself). On the spot there are additional costs including tourist tax Czk 21 per day per adult, energy according to consumption. Maximum 2 Dogs are allowed E 15 per dog per week. Outside you can smoke.

We rent our houses with our family from 1999, for 20 years. First to family, colleagues and friends, but because we soon had a waiting list, we decided to buy another home. In 2005 we built this beautiful villa, which we are very proud of. We mainly rent to families, people over 50, winter sports enthusiasts, mountain bikers, nature and culture lovers. The area is very suitable for hikers, mountain bikers and tourists, who like nice trips. In winter, Cerny Dul / Cerna Hora is one of the best ski resorts in the Czech Republic. The many lifts of the SkiResort Cerny Dul / Cerna Hora / Pec make this area one of the most popular ski areas in the Czech Republic. In the house there are folders with websites about all activities and trips that you can make.

Within a circle of 200 meters, restaurants, the information center, ATM, bus stop, post office, grocery, sandwich shop, everything you need are close at hand. The beautiful ski park of Cerny Dul / Cerna Hora is 200 meters away. The connections with the other areas in the area are excellent. Beautiful walks can be taken from the village or by lift 4 km to the Cerna Hora. Due to its central location you can make beautiful excursions including Stezka korunami stromů Krkonoše (4 km), to the Cerna Hora (lift 4 km), Highest mountain Snezka (23 km), Spindleruv Mlyn (25 km), Stachelberg (20 km), Adrspach (38 km), Source of the Elbe, Vrchlabi (12 km), Trutnov (20 km) are within a radius of 50 km. At 12 km are a large Kaufland, Lidl (Vrchlabi), Obi, Tesco and a large shopping center (Trutnov). In addition to walking, cycling, mountain biking, there are many activities, which are mainly organized in the summer.
