Our apartment is located on the sixth floor in the house with a new and excellent working elevator. The house with the name "Triplex Residence", built in the most prestigious area, was awarded with awards for the best architectural solution. This new residential complex is located at the foot of the mountain, facing the forest, next to the historic city center and the springs. There is a reception in the house, and the whole territory is equipped with video cameras. Near the entrance there is free parking during the day, and a paid, 24-hour, secure parking is located just three minutes from the house. A children's playground is within walking distance.
