Welcome to my spacious duplex apartment 175 sqm / 1883 sqft on the 1st and 2nd floor. Balcony on the 1st floor with Freisitz, as well as balcony on the 2nd floor. 5 bedrooms with boxspring beds, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped. Fitted kitchen and living room with flat TV and 2 diningplaces. Free WIFI - NO SMOKING - just outside 1. floor 1 double-bedroom - Kingsize-bed, sep. shower and toilette 1 double-bedroom - Kingsize-bed 1 living-room with dining-place, TV 1 fully equipped kitchen with dining-place 1 Bathroom with bath-tub and toilette surrouning balcony furnished floor with wardrobe 2. floor 1 double-bedroom with Kingsize bed , relax-chair and flat-TV 1 single-bedroom 1 double-bedroom with Kingsize-bed 1 Bathroom with shower and toilette furnished balcony Free parking is available on the roadside.
