Only a small access road separates the complex from the shore of Lake Kummerow, about 35 metres away, and the natural beach. On a total area of 7500 square metres, there are various seating areas with seating, sun loungers and sun furniture, a table tennis table, table football, a barbecue area, a small children's playground with swings, sandpit, climbing frame, trampoline, bicycle storage, parking spaces and direct access to the lake with a bathing area (natural beach) and fishing opportunities. Bicycles, rowing boats and motorboats can be hired by arrangement (for a fee). Canoe hire and a surf school are about 600 metres away. Laundry can also be done in the communal utility room. To be paid on site: Water and energy according to consumption. Bed linen can be brought along or rented on site for a fee. Towels must be brought along. WLAN 2 EUR/day.
