This apartment features 2 bedrooms, 1 dining/living area, separate kitchen and bathroom as well as own parking lot in the neighborhood. HOUSE RULES: We do not allow parties and events in our apartments and for this reason we monitor the noise level with the MINUT system to ensure that all tenants and guests can live together comfortably. The use of our apartments for purposes other than accommodation is expressly prohibited. In particular, this includes any commercial or illegal use. In the event of violation, a contractual penalty of at least EUR 250 will be due, further claims for damages remain reserved. INFO: Due to the local situation we've to inform you about the ceiling height of ca. 2m.
