Die Gästezimmer sowie die Seniorenwohngemeinschaft wird vom kleinen Team der LFG Maising GmbH bewirtschaftet. Die Wohngruppe für Kinder hat einen Teil des Hauses gemietet und wird von einem anderen Träger eigenständig geführt.
In unserem alten Mühlenraum bieten wir allen Senioren gemeinsame Mahlzeiten an, sowie Raum, um gemeinsam in Interaktion zu treten. Jeder ist hierbei eingeladen, sich zum Ratschen zusammenzusetzen, Spiele zu spielen oder es sich mit einem Buch am Ofen gemütlich zu machen. Morgens zum Frühstück sind auch die Gäste der Gästezimmer eingeladen, gemeinsam zu frühstücken.
