With maximum functionality and style, we combine the aesthetics of rough industrial charm with modern comfort. → cosy sleeping accommodation for up to seven people. → bright living-dining room with six windows facing the church and an exceptionally beautiful view of the entire market square "Am Plan". → very spacious living room with a green velvet couch that can be pulled out into a comfortable sofa bed, plus a queen-size double bed → bedroom with plants, comfortable double bed and additional single bed → modern fully equipped kitchen in stylish colour scheme with dining area. → Sodastream for freshly sparkling water, Nespresso machine and many types of tea at your free disposal → elegant study corner with comfortable leather desk chair → hallway with a full-length mirror → Sunny south-facing balcony with a cosy corner to enjoy the sun → bathroom with shower and an extra guest toilet If you want to experience the flair of Koblenz's old town in a very central location, you've come to the right place. The flat is on the third floor (no lift). From the six large windows you can look directly onto the Liebfrauenkirche and the entire Marktplatz "am Plan", nipping on a delicious Caffè Lungo freshly out of our coffee machine or a smoothie from the smoothie maker. Many other kitchen appliances are available in the super-equipped new kitchen. After dinner at the large dining table, you can watch your favorite Netflix series on our 55-inch Smart TV before Experience the unique charm of this apartment overlooking the historic market square. 1. Check-in is from 2:00 p.m., check-out is at 10:00 a.m. at the latest. Early check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning will be liable for all resulting costs.

2. Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not permitted. (Smoking is only allowed on the balcony). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the costs for special cleaning and damage repairs.

3. Guests whose number exceeds that specified in the reservation are not allowed. We charge €30 per night of reservation for each unauthorized guest.

4. Animals are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are asked to contact us before their stay.

5. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys.

6. Noise level measurement systems may be installed in homes to signal excessive noise levels. Night quiet from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

7. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to us.

8. A booking constitutes agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for all associated damages. Violation of the house rules may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction without refund

9. Noise level measurement systems may be installed in homes to signal excessive noise levels. Night quiet from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Guests are required to fill out the check-in form in advance. If you do not do this, you may be denied access to the apartment.
