A fenced-off footpath, which is required by law, runs across the property and the bathing beach is approx. 200 metres away. Kagar is a beautifully situated village in a marvellous wooded and natural environment, approx. 11 km from Rheinsberg. There are several fishing and bathing lakes in the immediate vicinity, all of which are connected to each other and offer the best conditions for water hikers in particular.
