The newly renovated bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet is also located on the ground floor. On the upper floor there is a newly equipped bright kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove and refrigerator. A small dining area is also integrated into the kitchen. Next to it are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. In the living room there is a comfortable seating set with satellite TV and radio and a beautiful view over the city center. Next to the bathroom is a storage room with washing machine and dryer, which can be used for a small fee. Wi-Fi is also free to use. It is a non-smoking house.
