Dear Sir or Madam, our Martin Luther apartment has 3 separate bedrooms. The beds are designed so that they can be used together as a double bed or separately. Each bedroom has a smart TV. So you can use your access to Netflix etc. The living and dining area is very spacious and open. There is room for 6 people comfortably at the dining table. If you are more, there is an add-on table and additional chairs. The bathroom has 2 sinks and a bathtub. Of course there is free and unlimited internet. Washing machine and dishwasher available. The apartment is partially air-conditioned and has underfloor heating. The apartment is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 10 people. It is quietly located on a side street in an old building area. Guests appreciate the nearby city center and the beach on the Saale River. Parking spaces are public and free. The apartment is located in the beautiful Wenigenjena district. This district is very popular because it is only divided from the center by the Saale River. It's very quiet, there are small restaurants and bars. A super cute art house cinema, many playgrounds, a public bath, etc. The Schillerkirche is in the immediate vicinity. Schiller got married here. The Grüne Tanne restaurant is also not far away. Here the German national flag was "designed" by fraternity members. The apartment can also be used as a starting point for various hikes. Napoleon, Goethe his Erlkönig and excursion restaurants can be hiked. The Saale cycle path leads past the apartment 50m away.
