The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests: • Room 1: One double bed, dining table, kitchenette, wardrobe • Room 2: Two single beds, two rocking chairs, wardrobe, TV • Modern bathroom with spacious shower Both rooms can be locked individually – ideal for families or friends traveling together. Hiking, golfing, cycling, boat rentals, and fishing are all nearby.

Viktoriaallee 8a in Bad Ems offers a prime location – quiet yet central, directly next to the historic spa gardens and just a short walk from the Emser Therme and the river Lahn. The area combines nature, relaxation, culture, and activities in a unique way. The adjacent Kurpark is perfect for peaceful walks. The modern Emser Therme with thermal water, indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, and wellness facilities is a popular destination for those seeking relaxation – all within walking distance. Nature lovers enjoy the many hiking and cycling routes such as the Panorama Trail, Lahnwanderweg, or the trail up to Malberg with the Bismarck Tower, which offers impressive views over the Lahn valley.
