Keys can be picked up at the Rainbow Apartments office between 14:00 and 18:00. Otherwise there will be a EUR 15 surcharge and your keys will be picked up directly at the apartment, but you will have to call the accommodation in advance to arrange an exact time for picking up the key at the apartment.
