This modern flat is located directly in the centre at the Staatstheater, between the main railway station and the old town, making it the perfect starting point for things to do in Cottbus. Various restaurants and cafés are in the immediate vicinity. Each flat has: - 52 m² - 2 rooms - kitchen - bathroom - bathroom with shower and washer-dryer - very well equipped kitchen - Coffee machine for freshly ground coffee in the morning - blackout blinds in all rooms - 1,80x2,00 resp. 2,00x2,00 boxspring bed for a restful sleep - comfortable sofa bed with 1,40x2,00 m lying area - soft towels and bed linen - fast Wlan and Netflix for relaxation - easy and contactless check in - very good accessibility by bus and train - located in a quiet residential street with parking facilities
