My husband is German and speaks fluent German, and I speak English and Farsi, so communication is always easy and comfortable for our guests. We truly enjoy welcoming people from all over the world and do our best to make every stay as pleasant as possible. Since we live here ourselves, we take great care of the property and are always nearby if you need any assistance or local tips. Our goal is to make you feel at home in Cologne — safe, relaxed, and well taken care of. We’re happy to help with anything you need during your stay, whether it’s finding the best café, arranging parking, or simply making sure you have everything you need to feel comfortable. Our apartment has been newly renovated and offers a bright, clean, and comfortable atmosphere for your stay in Cologne. We, as the owners, also live in the building and take great care to make sure our guests feel at home and have everything they need during their visit. The apartment features a central heating system, which you can easily adjust from inside your unit for your preferred temperature. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to cook and enjoy your meals just like at home. If you book in advance, parking can be arranged either inside the building or in a nearby street garage. On the ground floor, you’ll find one of the best Japanese restaurants in Cologne, offering a friendly and relaxed atmosphere right within the same building. The property is independent, quiet, and well maintained, with an elevator, clean facilities, and a calm, peaceful environment — perfect for relaxing after a day in the city.
