Guests can settle into a cozy 2-person guest apartment on the ground floor, equipped not only with essential amenities such as a bedroom, a combined living room with a mini-kitchen and TV but also a bathroom with shower/toilet. A lounge with central heating is accessible to all residents, and there is a washing machine and tumble dryer available for an additional fee. The outdoor areas of the complex welcome guests with a communal garden, a spacious 300sqm terrace, sunbathing lawn, a swimming pool (available from 15.05. to 15.09.), garden furniture, a barbecue, and a children's playground.
