Good day, my name is Elansari Im your host at Koblenzer Strasse 131. This is a very nice villa from 1870 which has 12 bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms and 3 Schowers. All the single rooms are located on the top floor. We have a total of 4 Single rooms 6 Rooms with 2 beds in them and 2 Rooms with a King size bed in it. We have a very nice big back yard with a Barbeque and also a nice Garten area in the front of the hause. There is also more than enought parking available on the property. We also have a big mini bar in the kitchen on the main floor. We do have two Kitchens which every guest can use.

Very close to us is a very good Restaurant with the name Istanbull, the service is great the food even better and the price is great. We also have abourt 15 min walk from us a All you can eat Restaurant which is located on the Friedorfer Strasse 3, there you can et as much as you like for only ten euro . We also have two Supermarkets close to us one is Aldi and the other one is Netto. Then there is also McDonalds and a Aral Gas station,
