Welcome to Monschauer Apartments! We have been renting out apartments in Monschau since 2015. We currently manage a total of 22 holiday flats (2024). We offer a range of stylish and comfortable apartments ideal for both shorter and longer stays. The apartments are located in historic buildings and have been carefully renovated without compromising the charm and character of Monschau's old town centre.

Situated on a small island at the edge of Monschau's centuries-old town centre, the Äuchen am Rosenthal apartments are the perfect place to stay. All apartments are newly renovated. The number of bedrooms can vary. In each apartment you will find a living room with sitting area and flatscreen tv, spacious bathroom and a kitchen (equipped with kitchen inventory). Suitable for up to 6 persons. Ideal location for a city trip to Monschau and surroundings. With its large open area in front, our accommodation offers something unique at only a 2-minute walk from the Altstadt: space. Children can play outside to their hearts' content and you can park your car on the premises. In addition, you can enjoy the wonderfully soothing sound of the splashing water of the Rur river flowing at the rear of the complex. The island therefore has everything to make your holiday or weekend break unforgettable.
