I like to combine the city life in Berlin and the tranquility in the countryside in the Rhine-Main area or on the Lahn, sometimes here sometimes there. As a self-employed management consultant, I have set up my business in such a way that I can combine this easily and self-determined. The house invites with its rustic style of furnishing, the wild-romantic garden and the wonderful atmosphere to enjoy exuberant evenings with family, friends and the partner and also business travelers and remote workers will feel at home. The spacious living area includes a large and open living-dining area, connected with an inviting fireplace that adds to the cozy flair of the living area. For your entertainment, the apartment has a modern flat-screen TV, on which, in addition to numerous international TV channels, you can also watch individual Netflix movies. The bedrooms are equipped with large beds, good slatted frames and comfortable mattresses for a restful night. The fully equipped kitchen provides another dining table for culinary cooking, baking and eating together without space problems. The bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, shower and bidet, has a large mirror and window from which you can enjoy the view of the Bulau nature reserve. The view into the garden with its two ponds invites you not only in the morning to linger on the couch by the panoramic window but also from the terrace in front of it. From the inviting terrace it goes over into the garden with several sitting - and lying possibilities at the pond. Ideal to lie down with a reading and relax on warm summer evenings.

Quiet residential location and low traffic area to wake up to the sounds of nature and birdsong at dawn, ideal for families with young children. The apartment offers the perfect getaway to retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Numerous stores such as a cinema, swimming pool, several restaurants and supermarkets, as well as a bakery and a bar are located in the immediate vicinity, these can be reached in just a few minutes walk.
