Beautifully renovated and tastefully furnished apartment in The prime location in Wuppertal, the "Briller Viertel". The apartment is located in a Wilhelminian style villa in the basement. The apartment with terrace has a bedroom with flat screen cable TV, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso Coffee machine etc. The high-quality bathroom with walk-in shower, illuminated make-up mirror, large vanity, modern bathroom furniture and fully automatic washing machine (washing & drying) is aimed for the discerning resident. Next to the kitchen is a small dining room with access to the small garden terrace with teak furniture. The all-inclusive rent includes all additional costs such as water, electricity, gas, etc. A weekly cleaning of the apartment and regular change of bed linen is also done for you. The apartment can be rent at flexible periods and is including 7% VAT.
You will be our guest and you are important for us! Therefore we try our best to make you feel at home and welcome. Although we do not offer breakfast you will find a small fruit plate, free water, fresh orange juice, coffee, fresh milk, tea, cereals as complimentary welcome.
The "Briller Viertel" is one of the best residential areas in Wuppertal. You will reach the nightlife district in the "Luisenviertel" with plenty of bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. The "Kaiserhöhe", ideal for jogging and walking, is also just a few steps away from the location. The nearest airport is the international airport Düsseldorf, 41 km from the apartment.
