Our beautiful flats have two rooms, that will make you feel right at home. They are placed in the heart of Düsseldorf with a view on the famous Bolker street. You'll be staying right above the "BeerpongBar", which got lots of fun games and young people. The flat's unique placement also means, that Wednesday through Sunday it gets loud, so if you've got sensitive ears, better pack your ear plugs (or join the party in the bar right below our flats). Also: Parking can be tricky in the city center. That‘s why we offer you a free parking space. Since we only have one parking space available, the guest to ask for a parking space first, will get it.

We offer the unique experience to stay in the heart of the old town of Düsseldorf. Surrounded by bars, restaurants and a lot of interesting people. The Bolker street is known to be the world's longest bar counter, which means you'll have a never ending supply of drinks, good music and new friends. It also means that this part of the city is especially interesting for young adults and adults, but less for kids, since this is a Düsseldorf‘s nightlife and party area. Your new favorite vacation flat is also only a 3 minute walk away from the Rhine with a beautiful view on the television tower. 3 minutes in the opposite direction bring you right to the "Königsallee", Düsseldorf's most popular street for shopping. Whether you're looking for a fun week in clubs and bars or you're strictly business on the Messe Düsseldorf (fair), our flat and the near underground station connects you to all of Düsseldorf.
