Property information

A warm welcome to CoView in the heart of Bautzens! Our design apartment has everything you'll need for a nice short or long-term stay. This lovely design apartment, in a castle house from about 1700, has been newly decorated in a great style and awaits you with a great layout and a large terrace with a view at the castle. It can accommodate 4 guests. After entering the house entrance door, you can discover the old entrance to the city wall on the right side and the accessible apartment awaits you on the left side. It has about 60 square meters with bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and additionally a 20 square meter terrace. You can start your day with a delicious, fresh NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the lovely amenities of this apartment, including the terrace, spacious seating areas for 4 people and a great view. The bedroom has a cozy 1.80 m double bed. In the living room you will find a cozy seating area with a comfortable sofa bed, large 55 "smart TV and separate workspace with power connection on the left. The kitchen is of course fully equipped with a stove, fridge, oven, dishwasher, large dining area and everything else you need to cook delicious. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and has a washer-dryer, which can always be used. Here you will also find cleaning supplies and -utensils. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the important things like shower gel & shampoo. If you want to spend a perfect stay with a central location, walking distance to everything, in a perfectly equipped apartment in Bautzen, then book this beautiful place now.

Neighbourhood information

You will live downtown. Shops and restaurants are right around the corner and it takes less than 1 minute to walk to the castle courtyard. You can park for a fee in a nearby multi-storey car park or there are free parking spaces in the vicinity of the apartment. The apartment can then be reached via a stairway along the castle wall. Restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance.
