In the design process, we made sure to create a perfect balance between contemporary design and practical functionality, ensuring that every detail serves its purpose. We’ve made an effort to put ourselves in the shoes of our guests, to provide them with a pleasant and comfortable stay where they can truly feel at home. To start your day off right, we’ve provided a selection of NESPRESSO coffee, so you can enjoy all the amenities of the apartment and plan your day in peace. The apartment offers a comfortable double bed as well as a box spring sofa bed, which can accommodate a third or fourth guest, with a spacious sleeping area inviting restful sleep. A large smart TV is also available, along with a fully equipped kitchen, including a stove, refrigerator, and everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bathroom features an inviting bathtub where you can relax after a long day. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all essential toiletries such as shower gel and shampoo. The bathroom is also equipped with a washer-dryer, so you can wash and dry your clothes in no time. Parking is also taken care of: The apartment comes with an underground parking space that is under video surveillance. From the underground garage, you can conveniently take the elevator to the 2nd floor, where the apartment is located.

The location is ideal: Tram and bus stops are easily reachable on foot. Directly across from the apartment, there’s a bakery where you can find everything for a delicious breakfast or a quick snack on the go. A supermarket, banks, and various restaurants are also just a few minutes' walk away. In just a few minutes, you can reach BASF, Europe's largest chemical company, as well as the BG Clinic and the beautiful Rheingallery, which offers a stunning view of the Rhine. On the other side of the Rhine is the city of Mannheim, home to the University of Mannheim and the impressive Baroque palace. There, you can enjoy a lovely walk through the pedestrian zone and admire the historic Romanesque water tower.
