Property information

Welcome to my charming holiday apartment! This great apartment with lots of space and charm is located on the first floor of a detached old town villa. With four spacious rooms, the apartment offers enough space for the whole family, so that everyone can enjoy their own space with comfortable hotel beds. We have lovingly renovated each room, which preserves the old building charm. The view from the terrace is particularly impressive, making the accommodation something special. You can prepare your favorite meals in our fully equipped kitchen. Start your day with a delicious coffee from our coffee machine and enjoy the light-flooded apartment with a view of the large garden. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, filter machine, French press, espresso maker, toaster, kettle, microwave and a dishwasher. Oil and spices are already ready for your first delicious cooking experience. In the cozy living room you can relax after eventful days, watch TV or play games. A Smart TV with Netflix etc. is available. The adjacent work area with charging station and screen offers everything you need for a day working from home. In the reading corner you will find novels to browse. The apartment is designed to be child-friendly, with art supplies and games for the little guests. In the bathroom there is a small step stool for brushing your teeth, and the bathtub invites you to relax. A washer-dryer is available 24 hours a day, as are an ironing board and iron. Hairdryer, straightening iron and shower gel can be used free of charge. - Free parking spaces right in front of the door - Self check-in - Spacious and bright apartment - Well-kept spacious bathroom with shower - Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, toaster, microwave, etc.
