In our apartment, a cozy bedroom with a generous 1.60m bed awaits you for restful slumber dreams on the super-comfortable EMMA mattress. And if you have company, the practical and space-saving folding bed (shown in the pictures), also equipped with the high-quality, cozy EMMA mattress, is ready for you. The apartment is designed for 3 adults (+ 1 child). The spacious closet offers plenty of storage space for short or long stays. For relaxing evenings, we have provided a 55-inch Smart TV in waipuTV and watch all your favorite PayTV channels and numerous movies and series. Of course, you can also log in to Netflix or other apps. The jewel of the apartment is our new #petrolkitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need - Starting with a Nespresso machine with free capsules to a dishwasher for extra convenience and an oven for a quick pizza for busy people. Have a good time on the sunny side of life! On warm summer evenings you can enjoy your wine on the inviting terrace You can park directly in front of the house, a parking space is reserved for you! Here are a few distances to important places: Stuttgart Airport: by car: approx. 15 minutes, by public transport: about 25-30 minutes. Stuttgart Trade Fair Center: by car: approx. 15 minutes, by public transport: approx. 25-30 minutes. Stuttgart Mitte: by car: approx. 25 minutes, by public transport to the main station: approx. 50 minutes. Böblingen main station: by car: approx. 15 minutes by public transport: approx. 30 minutes. You'll find the magnificent Schönbuch (forest) right on our doorstep. Here you can spend hours walking and relaxing in nature. Not far away in Steinenbronn there is a beautiful, little lake (reservoir). If you park your car at the parking lot of "Sandäckerhalle", you can walk around the reservoir in about an hour. We are also right next to "Siebenmühlental", where you can go hiking and cycling on the "Bundeswanderweg". Along the way, you can stop off at mills such as the Eselsmühle or the Burkardsmühle.
