I am a full-time social worker and run with my wife this newly built apartment building in the heart of Bremen. We always try to make our guests feel good and try to offer you the best possible stay. We are happy to help and advise our guests in all kind of needs.

Property information

Our very centrally located apartment house is a new building and first occupancy. Since 01.10.2019 we welcome our guests here. The house has over 5 floors, modern furnished apartments that are suitable for longer stays. In the first 3 floors are our double apartments consisting of two studio apartments, which are connected by a modern bathroom. The interior apartment has a large balcony with a light lake view. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette, 2 single beds, dining table with 2 chairs, 40 "flat screen TV, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. The whole accommodation has underfloor heating. Each apartment has direct access to the bathroom. On the 4th and 5th floor there are 2 more single apartments, which offer enough space and comfort for up to 2 persons and have the same facilities as the double apartments.

Neighbourhood information

The central location (Neustadt - in the heart of Bremen), is only 1 km from the city center. Various restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance. The GVZ and the airport are in the immediate vicinity. The Weser promenade or the Werdersee are within easy walking distance. Shopping just a few steps away. means of transport The tram stop is only a few steps away. Parking is available right outside the door, free parking is available in the immediate vicinity.
