Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20.0 per person or bring their own.

A damage deposit of € 100 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
