The apartment is located in Parkstraße right next to Schwanenteich. Its a great area to relax and enjoy the lake. You can even rent some boats :-). A garage parking spot is included. Enjoy! The apartment is equipped with a Nuki system. Both the front door and the apartment door can be opened remotely and via app. There is a number pad on the front door. After entering the code, the door opens automatically. You can test the Nuki system during check-in. If you don't like it, regular keys are stored upstairs in the apartment. You are flexible and use whichever you like better.
