Based in the picturesque town of Bad Tölz, we help hosts to exploit the full potential of their holiday accommodation and offer our guests an unforgettable stay. Our accommodation is currently located in Munich & the surrounding area, Bayrischzell and Bad Kissingen.

Our apartments are tastefully designed and offer you the ideal retreat right in the city center – modern, cozy, and created with great attention to detail. You can choose between: An apartment with rooftop terrace on the 5th floor – perfect for relaxing evenings above the city rooftops (elevator available up to the 4th floor, then stairs). An apartment with balcony on the 4th floor – bright, cozy, and with extra outdoor space. Or our studio apartments on the 1st–3rd floors – compact, comfortable, and ideal for a city trip. All apartments come with a private bathroom and are exclusively yours. The building has an elevator, but please note: it is very small and unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs. Check-in is flexible and contactless via a key box. Before arrival, you simply complete a digital registration form, and on the day of arrival you’ll receive all check-in details, codes, and parking information through our guest app. Please note: Our property is located directly in the pedestrian zone. Loading and unloading is possible only at designated spots (details in the guest app). Parking is free of charge in marked areas with a resident parking permit, which will be waiting for you in the apartment. Our apartments are located in the pedestrian zone of Bad Kissingen, a spa town known for its beautiful parks, thermal baths, and recreational opportunities. The city is situated in a picturesque landscape, surrounded by gentle hills and wooded valleys. A highlight is the Kurpark, which is considered one of the most beautiful parks in Germany. Here you can take a leisurely stroll, rest on one of the many benches, or participate in one of the many events such as concerts or festivals. Another highlight is the KissSalis Therme, which offers a wide range of thermal baths, saunas, and wellness treatments. Here you can relax and leave the stresses of everyday life behind. For nature lovers, there are many opportunities to explore the surrounding area, such as the Bavarian Rhön Nature Park. There you will find numerous hiking and cycling trails that lead through breathtaking landscapes. Bad Kissingen also offers many cultural attractions, such as the historic Kurtheater or the Rosengarten Museum. It is a city that has something to offer for every taste and is a wonderful place to escape everyday stress and relax.
