Welcome to our apartment - Perfect for business travelers and families with children. This exclusive 3-room apartment in downtown Böblingen with an open floor plan and bright rooms that make this apartment an exceptional place. The balcony offers a place in the sun in the summer. The master bedroom offers plenty of space for your belongings. A comfortable 1.8m x 2m double bed ensures restful sleep. The second room has a large double bed for the night. Here you will also find a desk to make your home office days productive. Bedding, towels, shampoo and shower gel are included, so you can move in with just a handbag. It is a new construction built in 2018 with high-end amenities like video intercom, in-floor heating, underground parking. Our apartment is furnished with lots of designer furniture as well as Bauhaus style chairs as well as other lovely details. Perfect for families with children or baby, as we also provide baby crib as well as toys for your dream family if needed and requested.
