The idea for our first F10 APARTMENTS was born while studying at university. We started out in 2017 in the city center of Ulm. Since 2019 you can also stay in Roth (near Pfaffenhofen a.d. Roth), just about 15 Minutes from Ulm. In 2022 we added our newest location in Illertissen. We are pleased that our guests have learned to appreciate our attention to detail enabling us to grow to new horizons.

F10 APARTMENTS Ulm offers three apartments with self-check-in and ready for occupancy right in the middle of the city center of Ulm with freshly-made beds: ECONOMY (="apartment with balcony"), MODERN (="apartment with terrace") and LEVEL4 (="Maisonette"). With just about 200 meters (1-2 minutes by walking) from Ulm Cathedral, the Danube and the town hall you can experience Ulm perfectly from here. Each F10 APARTMENT in this residential and commercial building without an elevator is bright, spacious and are located in the historic city center: • F10 MODERN with terrace and 93 m² on the first upper floor offers –next to dark cubic furnishing– on one single level three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. • F10 ECONOMY with balcony and 93 m² on the second upper floor offers –besides a white furnishing– the same number and types of rooms, but with one exception: it has no separated living room, but instead a larger third bedroom with a dining area. • F10 LEVEL4 with Minster view and 63 m² on the fourth upper floor offers on two levels two bedrooms, a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. The second bedroom on the upper level is connected openly with the living room on the lower level. As in all F10 APARTMENTS we offer many amenities for our guests like towels, shampoo, kitchen towels, ... and also coffee capsules and tea in sufficient quantities for the start of your stay ...! F10 APARTMENTS Ulm are surrounded by Ulm's best restaurants, bars and cafes. For example also right infront of our building: A drugstore, a supermarket, a backery, .... On the doorstep are also two bus stops with which you can also reach distant corners of Ulm, Neu-Ulm etc., if you should want to leave the city center. F10 APARTMENTS Ulm are therefore a perfect starting point for a short break, touristic trips in and around Ulm, transit or for business trips.
