This peaceful refuge serves as the perfect retreat for those seeking tranquility without sacrificing comfort and accessibility. The spacious FAMILY house, with approximately 89 m² of living space, is designed with families in mind and accommodates up to eight people – ideally four adults and four children – offering ample space for a relaxed stay. The house features two bedrooms with double beds and two more with single beds. In addition, there are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor with a shower and one on the upper floor with a bathtub. Entertainment is provided by a flat TV with a soundbar, radio, and an additional television in one of the bedrooms. The terrace is equipped with BBQ facilities and garden furniture for cosy outdoor moments. A handcart for beach visits can be rented. Moreover, the property is fenced, making pets welcome for a fee. Apart from its appealing interior, the property impresses with a covered outdoor pool, available from April to early November, and a sauna that is open for all guests to use. For children, there is a fenced adventure playground and a large ball game area providing ample space to play. The property itself is fenced and features sun loungers and a table for 8 people, protected by an awning.
