The holiday apartment is located in the attic of a newly built solid wood house. High-quality furnishings and a fresh, modern design await you here. The location is perfect for relaxing days on Lake Chiemsee and trips to the Bavarian Mountains on foot or by Bike. At the same time, you are in the middle of the Town where you can easily reach everything. An absolute highlight of this Apartment are the visible roof beams, the generous room height and the two balconies. On one balcony you can enjoy a Weber electric Grill and the breathtaking view of the Mountains. The larger balcony with a comfortable lounge area invites you to experience the sunset. There is a parking space available for you directly in front of the house, and a barrier-free entrance and elevator takes you comfortably to the Apartment on the 2nd floor. You can start your day with a delicious coffee on the balcony with a mountain view and enjoy all the beautiful amenities of this apartment. To ensure your sleep is first-class, cozy box-spring double beds with Hotel-quality bedding await you in the bedroom. Furthermore, a high-quality version with an extra sleeping function was chosen for the sofa bed. In addition, the apartment has a dining area for 6 people. Then relax in the cozy atmosphere, which is equipped with a 65-inch smart TV including NETFLIX and Internet TV in UHD quality. Enjoy your favorite shows and films in the best picture quality. There are additional seating options on the balconies, deck chairs for relaxing and a Weber grill for cozy evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and everything else you need to cook deliciously. The bathroom offers both a shower and a comfortable bathtub. Here you can relax after an eventful day. There is also a guest toilet in the apartment. For your comfort, we provide fresh towels as well as all essentials such as shower gel and shampoo. You will also find a washer-dryer in the bathroom.

Explore the paths and peaks of the surrounding Mountains, stop off at the rustic alpine pastures, go on Bike Tours in the idyllic surroundings, move in and on the Water, zoom down to the Valley on a toboggan or ski, get your circulation going on the Cross-Country ski Trail in momentum - it's just hard for us to stay still.
