The sprawling resort is located northeast of Dranske on Bakenberg and is separated by the pine forest only about 400m from the kilometer long Baltic Sea beach. It consists of freestanding holiday homes surrounded by spacious green areas and quiet areas for a relaxing holiday. Here at the nature reserve "Kreptitzer Heide" you will find the best air / water quality of the island, a pristine nature and no crowded beaches. This area is characterized by its pine forests, blooming heather and dune landscapes, a unique coastline with secluded bathing beaches and the diverse wildlife. Ideal for your family holiday on Rügen. But also active vacationers like cyclists and inline skaters get their money's worth. To the beautiful u. car-free island Hiddensee is about 15km, to Cape Arkona (lighthouse) about 7 km. In the immediate vicinity (about 1 km) you will find a horse farm / hall with 45 horses and pony rides. In Dranske (about 5 km away) there is a surf / sailing school with boat rentals, in Wiek (about 5km) a surf & kite camp; Trolling fishing shop & boat rental in Altenkirchen (about 5km). The fishing village Vitt is about 9km away. To the dinosaur country in Glowe approx. 20km.
