The former water tower warden's house has been expanded and modernized in 2014. Today it is used as a holiday home. It can easily accomodate six adults with up to nine children. On the ground floor is the living room with more than 120 sqm, oak planks, terrazzo flooring, a marble fireplace, a Sat-TV set and comfy Chesterfield sofas. Next to it there is a dining room with a long table and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms and a family bedroom consisting of a larger double bedroom with a tiny double bedroom for kids next to it with connecting door. All three bedrooms come with a private terrace or balkony. On this floor there are also a smaller living room with Sat TV, a bathroom with shower, tub and bidet, and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a total of three toilets in the house. One on the ground floor, two upstairs. The attic has been converted into a dormitory and playground for children. There is limited headroom of max. 1.65 metres here. You will find nine normal-sized beds of 80 x 200 centimetres each here as well as a small table with tiny chairs and toys for kids.

Every bed in the house has its own bedside table with reading light, power outlet strip and two USB ports for charging mobile phones etc. There is Wi-Fi in every corner of the house including the BBQ area. On the outside there is a furnished BBQ area with two charcoal grills. The property is at the end of a dead end street. The fenced plot awaits you with private parking for up to five cars. There is a small public playground 150 metres away. The beach is in walking distance of about 900 metres.
