Modern semi-detached house in idyllic Bendestorf/Nordheide. 2016 completion. In 2020, the rear half was renovated and tastefully furnished as a holiday home. On 103 square meters, this beautiful holiday home on two levels offers a maximum of 6 people plenty of space for relaxing days. The house is in a quiet side street (30 zone). The Kleckerwald with its large network of hiking and cycling trails is around the corner. Due to its spacious park-like property and its proximity to Hamburg, Bendestorf is a very desirable place to live in the countryside. Shops and restaurants are right on site. Hamburg can be reached in just over 30 minutes by car or train.
