Our typical Erzgebirgia holiday home "De Sieme" with approximately 110m² of living space and a covered outdoor area with grilling possibilities, as well as a small garden, offers plenty of space for a relaxed time. Let yourself be transported to a long-gone era, to one of the oldest houses in our village. Discover many things that have accompanied the former residents for over 100 years. Whether it’s the cozy, historic tiled stove in the kitchen or the comforting pellet stove in the living room, cozy hours are guaranteed here. Old wooden furniture, lovingly restored throughout the house, could certainly tell many interesting stories. Take your time and peruse old books with a good glass of wine or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. The charm of the past is, of course, also combined with the comforts of modern times. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator, there are also a coffee machine, toaster, and kettle included. Flat-screen televisions can be found in the kitchen and living room. The cozy bathroom with shower also invites relaxation. On the upper floor, which can be reached via a slightly steeper wooden staircase, are the two bedrooms. One is equipped with a double bed and the second with a double bed and the possibility of an additional bed (sofa bed) for one more person (max. 4 adults). If desired, we are happy to provide a travel cot, a high chair, and a potty or toilet reducer for children, of course free of charge. A cozy reading or gaming corner, as well as an office space with a desk, can also be found on the upper floor. You can park your car directly by the house. Our holiday home is for non-smokers... smoking is, of course, permitted in the outdoor area.
