Discover our secluded vacation home, nestled in the scenic nature between Hermeskeil and Gusenburg, right in the heart of an idyllic forest. The centerpiece of our house is the inviting interior, which spans 85sqm. Here, guests will find a cozy and warm atmosphere that encourages lingering. A special highlight is also the conservatory, which with its bright and friendly ambiance, invites relaxation. For entertainment, a table tennis and a foosball table in the basement provide varied hours of fun. The warmth and coziness of the house are further enhanced by the existing fireplace, which becomes a focal point for communal evenings, especially during the cooler months. Outside, the property impresses with a spacious terrace, equipped with a barbecue area and seating set – ideal for convivial hours outdoors. The extensive garden with football goal and trampoline invites active moments, while the courtyard with its rondel and seating area offers quiet corners for relaxation. Nature enthusiasts will be fully satisfied here; directly from the house, premium hiking and biking trails lead into the surrounding natural landscape. Also, well-known destinations such as the Mosel Valley, Erbeskopf and the Bostalsee and Losheim Lakes are easily accessible and offer a variety of leisure activities. A special plus is our tap water, which thanks to a natural well and spring supply with a purification filter, provides pure and refreshing water straight from the tap.
