The lovingly designed garden invites you to quiet moments and outdoor relaxation. During the renovation of the house in 2017, special attention was paid to comfort and well-being. The interiors are completely new and appealingly designed. Special mention deserves the sheltered, covered terrace, which invites to enjoyable moments with fresh fish, coffee, or tea in any weather. The approximately 100 square meters house is spread over several floors and includes a fully equipped, bright kitchen, a sauna, a utility room with a washing machine, and several cozy sleeping areas, including a quaint sailor's berth created by a boat builder, offering a very special overnight stay. Maasholm-Bad, a state-recognized resort, is in a privileged location between the Baltic Sea and the Schlei, nestled in a landscape that invites to a variety of activities both at the beach and in a rural environment. Whether you decide to take a walk on the sandy beach, watch birds in the "Geltinger Birk" nature reserve, or explore historical sights like the Falshöft lighthouse and the Charlotte mill – the region offers numerous leisure opportunities.
