The Happytime holiday home is a detached house with a private entrance and parking space directly at the house for sole use. Especially in times of Covid -19/Corona this offers you the best possible protection to spend your holidays safely with your loved ones. Our beautiful and modern holiday home is located less than 50 meters from the beach (2nd row) and has its own free beach chair for your exclusive use during the summer months (usually from the beginning of May to the end of September, depending on the weather). You enter the living area via the entrance area into a large hall with cloakroom and a bathroom with shower. In the bright, open and large living and kitchen area you will find a large solid wood table which offers space for the whole family and from where you can watch your loved one cooking. On the first floor you will find the two beautiful and quiet bedrooms. One bedroom has a modern bathroom en suite and a 200x180cm box spring bed. The second bedroom has a 200x160cm box spring bed. Each bedroom has its own TV.

Binz is a beautiful spa town with great architectural houses and a beautiful boulevard that runs along the whole beach to the Prora. Our holiday home Happytime is less than 50 meters from the beach. The pier and shopping mile of Binz can be reached within 400m. The natural beach and the nature reserve are directly adjacent so that you can enjoy the nature and the peace and quiet, but also within a few minutes in the pulsating life of Binz. There are various shops like a Rossmann, an ice cream parlour and Gosch directly at the pier. Also an Edeka and various bakers are within walking distance. Binz has a great and varied gastronomic offer and leaves nothing to be desired. Directly behind our house is the Granitz, a beautiful nature reserve. From here you can plan and start all hikes and activities. The forest here borders directly on the beach - a breathtaking natural spectacle with hiking trails for young and old. To the Prora there is now a continuous path for pedestrians and cyclists directly along the beach.
