Welcome to the Forest House, our charming retreat offering high-quality communal living in all weather conditions. Located near a forest and within view of the Holzwiesenteich, our 54m² wooden house sits on a spacious 1000m² plot. Built from spruce wood, this house invites you to completely relax with its naturally calming scent. We place great importance on peace, satisfaction, and a connection with nature, which is why sustainability and environmental protection are of the utmost importance to us. The interior of the house is presented with environmentally friendly linoleum natural flooring, a pellet stove, and a climate control system that can also heat, providing a place of true comfort. The open living area with HD-TV includes a fully equipped kitchenette and dining space for four, a sofa bed, and a rocking chair - ideal for relaxed moments. A spacious bedroom with a double bed and a smaller room with two single beds, which can also be joined together, complete the accommodation. A large, separately accessible shower and an additional storage room increase the comfort. Outside, a lovingly landscaped garden with a diverse lavender field, herb garden, and grapevines awaits discovery. The large, L-shaped terrace, accessible via two glass doors, is perfect for morning breakfasts in the sunlight. The orientation of the house ensures enjoyment of the sun into the late evening hours.
