Discover the uniqueness of our TINY HOUSE WESTERWALD Green, nestled in the idyllic heart of Bad Marienberg, a spa town charmed by its traffic-calmed zone and picturesque spa park complete with mini-golf course, barefoot path, and herb garden. Enjoy a break in one of our three cozily furnished tiny houses, ideal for a vacation, short break, or an extended stay in the wonderful surroundings of the Westerwald. The accommodations offer about 28 m² of comfortable living space, cleverly combining the living room and kitchen, as well as an exceptional sleeping loft with about 1.2 m of headroom, rounded off by a cozy terrace of approx. 10 m² for relaxing hours outdoors. Inside, guests are greeted by a well-thought-out living area that, despite its compact size of approx. 28 m², is inviting and homely. The creatively integrated living and kitchen area leads up to the cozy sleeping loft with limited headroom of about 1.2 m, providing an intimate and snug atmosphere for nighttime rest. A carefully planned layout ensures that every square centimeter is optimally used to blend comfort and functionality. The exterior of the tiny houses is captivated by their immediate proximity to the spa park, securing them a preferred location right in the center of Bad Marienberg. Only a few meters separate the guests from a variety of leisure activities, from a relaxed stroll through the spa park to short paths to hiking and biking trails. Other amenities include a terrace of about 10 m² for private relaxation moments, an exclusive parking spot per accommodation, and air conditioning for added comfort. Pets are not allowed in these meticulously maintained houses, ensuring quality and cleanliness for every guest. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
