The cozy apartment (65 square meters) is located in the historic center of Ahrweiler. From the large terrace you have a superb view of the vineyards and the Red Wine Trail. You can expect a lovely furnished apartment unit with a modern, fully equipped kitchen; a charming bedroom; a bright living room and a large bathroom. The prices include additional costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. The old town of Ahrweiler, with its old half-timbered houses and wineries are nearby. The apartment is very easy to reach by train (distance to 500m station) or by car. Bikes can be parked in a separate room. Via a well walkable staircase leads to the apartment****. You enter in a modern kitchen with dishwasher, four burner stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and everything you need for cooking. Behind the kitchen there is a modern bright bathroom with a spacious shower, sink and toilet. You continue to a cozy bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). Bed linen and bath towels are provided of course. Parking is free available in an underground car park nearby. On the ground floor there is a room with a washing machine and space for safe storage of your bikes.

We spend most of our holidays in holiday apartments ourselves. Therefore it is important to us to create holiday flats in which the guest feels comfortable and should not miss anything. The old half-timbered house has been family-owned for many years and was lovingly renovated between 2010 and 2012. With love to the detail value was put on an elevated equipment.

Ahrweiler is situated by the small river Ahr, surrounded by vineyards. From here you have lots of opportunities to explore the area on foot or by bicycle. Ahrweiler boasts of a complete ancient city wall with four gates. Many small half-timbered houses characterise the historic townscape, and winding lanes invite you to a walk.
