Between Annaberg-Buchholz and the spa town of Oberwiesenthal lies the municipality of Sehmatal with the districts of Sehma, Cranzahl, and Neudorf.
Your holiday home with the approximately 80 m² large apartment is located in Neudorf next to the “Lauxmühle”, a grain mill built in the 18th century and powered by water.
Directly on the property, there is an entrance to the "Bimmelbahn-Wanderweg", which runs from Cranzahl to Oberwiesenthal always along the narrow-gauge railway.
