Not suitable for fitters. The light-flooded apartment (70 sqm) consists of a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, a kitchen and a hallway and is suitable for 1-4 people. Bedroom and living room can be separated from each other with the help of a sliding door. The fantastic view of the Teutoburg Forest at the level of the Adlerwarte is absolutely captivating. The apartment is ideal for hikers (H), for couples and families with children who want to experience nature up close. Adlerwarte and bird park are within walking distance. The house is on a plot of land on a slope, i. H. the living rooms and bedrooms are on the ground floor, other rooms in the basement. The garden has chairs in the area of ​​the apartment and can be used to relax. The apartment is newly renovated (2019). The house can only be reached by stairs. Parking spaces are available.
