The holiday apartment “Am Pinzigberg” is located on the second floor of a two-family home owned by the hosts. The holiday apartment is open, spacious, clean and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove-oven, coffee maker, water cooker and tableware for six people. A large Bavarian-style seating area invites you to spend the evenings together. The two separate private rooms have two comfortable king sized beds and a standing wardrobe closet. A private and secure parking spot is available in our private garage. The apartment features two balconies and a cozy fireplace to enjoy the nice views of the village in Degelsdorf.
We live on the first floor and have a family of our own. We are friendly, sporty and often out of the house with our children at sport events, bike riding, hiking or camping. We enjoy nature and are happy to be a part of the community in Degelsdorf where trails and nature are easily accessible. We are happy to welcome guests.
Degelsdorf is located 2.3 km north east from the city center in Auerbach. You can enjoy a nice 30 minute picturesque walk from Degelsdorf in nature through the “Ox Weg” to the city center. Landgasthof zur Leonie (family owned restaurant) offers local fine dining in Degelsdorf, 5 minutes by foot. A playground and soccer field is footsteps away and access to hiking trails are available in all directions. A pilgrimage walk accessed by foot from our home, known as the “Marienweg” leads directly to one of our favorite sites, the Pinzigberg Kapelle!

1. Arrival and Departure: Upon arrival, you will receive a key (a spare key is available upon request) and a garage door opener. These must be returned upon departure. If the key is lost, the entire locking system will need to be replaced at your expense. The apartment must be returned in the same condition and left swept clean.

2. Smoking & Drugs: We are a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted on the east-facing balcony overlooking the driveway. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted in any other area of ​​the property or the apartment. Drugs of any kind are strictly prohibited in the apartment and on the property.

3. Parking: One parking space for a standard-sized vehicle is available in the garage. Larger vehicles must park on the street.

4. Children: The apartment is not childproof and is not suitable for children under 2 years old. Please supervise children at all times, especially on the stairs and balconies. Guests are responsible for their children's behavior and any damages they may cause.

5. Fireplace: The fireplace may only be used after prior arrangement with the host. Firewood is available for a fee.

6. Laundry Service: A separate washing machine for the apartment is available for a fee in our laundry room in the basement. Laundry hours are: Monday - Friday from 1:30 pm to 8:30 pm or Saturdays by appointment.

7. Electricity & Appliances: For fire safety reasons, the use of personal electrical appliances over 100 watts is only permitted after prior consultation. Coolers, cooking appliances (e.g., deep fryers), and heaters are not permitted.

8. Waste & Recycling: We recycle! Guests are responsible for sorting organic waste and recyclables in the designated, labeled containers and disposing of general waste according to the provided guidelines.

9. Arrival Handbook: You are responsible for checking the arrival handbook on the dining table in the kitchen. It contains a complete list of house rules, Wi-Fi information, check-in/check-out instructions, and other helpful information about the neighborhood.
