The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower and a wall-mounted radio. The kitchen is well equipped, and your host is happy to assist if you need anything. Bed linen, towels, and dish towels are provided. The apartment is bright and welcoming, with lovely views of the vineyards, sky, and greenery. It is located on the second floor and has been lovingly renovated and adapted to guests’ needs. The first and second floors house holiday apartments, while your host lives on the ground floor. Thanks to its location in a traffic-calmed area, it is very quiet. There is a parking space for one car at the house. E-bikes and bicycles can be stored behind a lockable gate. The bakery is 100 m away, and the village inn serving traditional food is 200 m away. You can reach the vineyards in 5 minutes on foot, the Ahr River in 2 minutes, and the historic center of Ahrweiler with its medieval city walls, pedestrian zone, marketplace, shops, restaurants, and cafés in about 15–20 minutes. Bad Neuenahr is around a 20–25 minute walk away. With the guest card, you can use public transport free of charge.
