Some notes on your booking: * If a cot or high chair is required, please state this when booking * There is a stand-up grill available for the house. This is therefore shared between the apartments. Please talk to each other if necessary and clean the grill after use, just as you would like to find it. * The outdoor video surveillance is deactivated during your stay * The outdoor area is still being optimized due to renovation work. We have lovingly prepared our holiday home with two holiday apartments to share our experiences and the wonderful experiences on the Baltic Sea beach of Usedom with others. As we live in the Rhineland, we cannot be there very often and therefore there are many opportunities for guests to use our domicile. We have a few helpers in town and our friendly and helpful team is always available to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We are happy to give you insider tips on the best restaurants, sights and activities in the area. We wish everyone interested an unforgettable stay!

The location of our holiday home is simply unbeatable. Surrounded by a picturesque forest and dunes with hiking and cycling trails and just a few minutes' walk from one of the most beautiful beaches on the German Baltic coast, it offers you the perfect starting point for exploring the area. Take a bike tour along the coast, explore the lovingly restored historical places nearby, such as Wolgast, Zinnowitz and the Kaiserbäder, or simply relax on the beach and let the sun work its magic on you. The Karlshagen sports beach with various activities is located in the immediate vicinity of our section of beach. Many other ways to pass the time even in bad weather are offered all over the island.
